Nice apartments, attentive maintenace crew and mostly quiet. However, the rental management does need to get its act together and be more pro-active about the parking situation and tenant meetings. Right now anyone can park in unmarked spots or restricted parking areas and will not be towed by anyone. Absolutely rediculous. So come on down everyone and park here. Also, get all the college students out of here, send them to party land and everyone else will be happy.
