Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  10/20/03      Rate This Apartment     We moved into this location about three months ago, and it was the worst experience ever. The management are liars, the don't take care of business when it comes to Bad tenants cleaning there boat motors outside the complex. Tenants running around the complex at wee hours fighting among each others, and this is supposed to be a quite neighborhood as the management tells us when we are signing the lease. It smell like dog poop & piss around the complex because of the dogs the tenants had. I would not recommend anyone to live in this complex. Just make sure if you do don't sign the mildew waiver, they are being sued because someone got sick of mildew and they tried to cover it up with fixing the apartment complex with paint.
