THEY DO MAKE UP STORYS!!! to cover themselfs.... they have set people up to shut up. its not a safe place. their a pack of liers!!!!! ask people walking around. very bad tragic stories havecirculated around about those who have been unfortunate to cross management.. ask around yourself you'll see. We where told in the pool area by this lady that management has unlimited funds and has the power to win any case not to cross them unless your rich. everynight someone's vehicals are being busted into glass everywhere. homeless hang out at night in the canyon. security harasses residents. security never showes up when called about desturbences. the pool areas unsafe at night for children and women who are alone since they fired the pool guy. thier always garbag in the pool and on sevral ocasions someone shit in the pool and no was one thier to clean it up for sevral days. i've seen condoms back their. the mens bathroom toylet was ripped out of the floor. they refused to fix it.their to cheap.thiers always crap and beer and broken beer bottles on the floors. the spas always broken. i've seen sevral fist fights. i quit going back thier. the walls in the apartments are thin and you hear everything. you can hear people having sex often if you walk around late at night you'll know what i mean. everyone parties. theirs alot of fights. there's never parking and security towes for any infraction. their tow trucks are towing people everynight. try being their at night durring the summer. theirs gang marking everywhere. teenagers love to scateboard in frount of my apartment while i sleep. i confrounted them once becuase i was sleeping and was flipped off and threatened. management wouldn't do anything. trash is always overfull and all over the place. i had to keep my window shut at night from the nasty smell. theirs huge cockroaches. everybodies dogs crap everywhere. check out the lawsuits before renting. ask them how many apartments are empty. rent has been rising every month. beware of breaking |
