Apartment Review for 4955 W. Point Loma Blvd. - San Diego, CA

Great location, lots of space, but everything else is terrible. Everything in the apartments is falling apart. The carpet has fleas. The cabinets have mold growing in them. They didn't even clean before we moved in, place was filthy. Don't fix anything that needs repair. Oven and heat don't work half the time. Don't get conned into signing a lease with these people! There are many places near the beach that are much nicer and have way more responsible landlords.
