Apartment Review
A highly recommended complex

I moved into 600 front from out of state without taking a look at the apartment complex (apart from what is on the website). However, I have never regretted my decision. This complex is in a beautiful (and more residential part) of downtown away from the hustle and bustle (which if you like is only 4 blocks away). Apartment maintenance is really good and once my apartment flooded (my mistake) and it was reported by the onsite manager and they fixed everything (including drying off the carpeting) without any charge. The complex is completely gated so it is extremely secure. If i had any concerns, the only thing would be the small parking spaces. While everybody gets a parking spot (for an additional $60-$100 per month), the spaces are small ($100 are the bigger spots). The very first day i moved, i bumped my car into the wall and it broke my tail light. I then asked for a new spot and they gladly gave me. i have now since got used to parking in small spaces :). They also have a security guard posted from 7pm - 7am so if you have any issues with noise (which i have not faced apart from the occassional loudmouths), then you can report to the guard. I have been living for a year now and highly recommend and do no plan to move out (even though i have to commute 20 miles) until i buy my own condo. |
