Apartment Review for Casa De Alvarado - San Diego, CA

This complex actually had apartments and townhomes, we lived in a townhome. We had two parking spots and if you weren't home by five, there was no parking on the streets left. In 9 mos. we had 4 car break-ins, our house was flooded, and the upstairs ceiling leaked water downstairs. We met some great neighbors, but that was about the only plus to living here. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything and if your goofing off, its very easy to fall through the wall...we did that wice. One thing to note though is that each townhome is owned seperately, so had we had a better landlord, our experience may not have been so bad. :) I would probably reccommend these to a friend, just make sure Eric isnt your landlord.
