moved into this unit, first person to rent it after complete remodel.. less then 6 months, toilet came unstrapped from floor, flooring in kitchen came unglued, and walls in bedroom became mildewed and warped.. still havent been able to get them to fix any of it, plus the size of these apartments is only around 350 sq.ft and for 795.00 a month, its a rip off, no laundry facilities, and bad mail service, plus no one can get in without any buzzer system.
