Apartment Review for Archstone - San Diego, CA

The appartments are spacious and very nice. But the touch up paint, carpet and vinyl is of low quality. The rules and regulations are strict and often extreme. (ie: leaving garage door open, $50.00 fine.) Tenants keep to themselves and the staff is not very friendly. The parking is not satisfactory. If you're not here by 9pm you most times have to park on the street. And the residence are not allowed to park in the
