1. I'm not talking about the nice, sweet pitbulls... I'm talking about violent, barking, running at you with big teeth pitbulls. 2. Hot water - takes a (long) while for the water to get hot. 3. Loud college kids partying at all hours of the night. I'm OK with weekends, but I'm talking about Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night... etc. and the management does NOT care.  Need to rent an apartment?
