Apartment Review for Avalon At Mission Bay - San Diego, CA

Sorry to hear some of you had bad experiences at the Avalon. I lived there 2 yrs and I enjoyed it! A lot of people that have lived there complained that it was noisy, but it really depends on your building/neighbors. I LUCKILY had a quiet building, w/mainly studio apartments nearby. I have found people living alone in studios tend to have less people over, therefore less parties/noise! Just a theory :-) The pool is amazing, huge jacuzzi, and they have a fabulous gym that I miss. The actual units themselves were large, clean, high-quality, and more modern in style compared to most P.B. apartments. The only reason I moved was because of the rent increases which got too expensive.
