Apartment Review for Avalon At Misson Ridge - San Diego, CA

parking sucks, there are tons of ants, the management pretends to be nice to get you out of their faces. Rent is way too high, they are very persistant that everything be on time, but they never do anything on time. The apartment is nice, the neighbors are cool. I just think that the management is horrible. If you want a give and take relationship with them, expect to give more than you take. You also have to pay for everything, all utilities, water (which is split btween 4 units, and the management decides how to split it, so if you go on vacation for a couple of months and don't use any water you still have to pay for your neighbors), garbage, sewage. I am going to find a new apt. as soon as my lease ends. It's right next to juvinile hall, so you get wierd people visiting the area. Overall, i liked my old run down apt. better.
