Apartment Review for Balboa Fountains Apartments - San Diego, CA

The manager is a horrible person, who is drunk at least 5 out of the 5 days she claims to work. The maintenace will come usually 6 months after you ask them too, no exaggeration, so if you have a leaky roof or busted pipe, good luck. Parking is terrible. The only thing great is the rent, which is cheaper than most places in San Diego, and the location near major retailers and highways.
