Apartment Review for Ballpark Place - San Diego, CA

I previously lived at Ballpark place apartments and it was the worst experience I have ever had! The only reason I moved in is because I was moving from out of state and I had no other choice! It was the worse mistake I have EVER MADE! I have an endless list of complaints! The managers, BOTH OF THEM, where just as bad as the property! Half of the time they were not there during their POSTED office hours, and to top it off when we would catch them in the office they were SOOO RUDE!!! The managers caught an attitude with both my husband and I! It took my husband over a week to get our sofa out of the apartment because we needed the window taken out! We would call and leave messages and it would take them FOREVER to call us back, and when they did return the call we would tell them that we were going to take the sofa out and they would tell us okay, but when we got there they said that there was nobody there to take the window out& plus when he finally show up they charged us $20 an hour to take it out! They even had the nerve to tell us that if we got it in the door we should be able to get it out& we just need to try harder!!!!! They have no lease break fee to top it off! So once youre in& YOURE STUCK! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE& NO&. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL! It is wayyyy over priced and it is in a terrible part of town! The apartments are in terrible condition and they will charge YOU for it!!! They told us that WE DIDNT turn in the move in conditions form (I turned it in myself!!!) and charged us for the damage that was already there!!! The place was disgusting! I could go on and on! HORRIBLE SERVICE, APARTMENT, and PRICE!!!!
