I had a friend who lived there for exactly 3 months. One afternoon (1pm) she pulled up to the sidewalk in her car walked to the gate and got mugged! Luckly she is a big tough girl and ran after the guy got her purse back but she moved out a week later. Also the walls are so thin you can hear the person next door snore let alone the sex noises. i.e. great price but scary local!!  Need to rent an apartment?
