Apartment Review for Banker's Hill Property Managers (Duplex) - San Diego, CA

cheap rent, leaky roof, moldy rooms. awesome location, 1.5 baths, nice living space, garage storage, stolen car once (use club and no hondas). Property managers say they will fix things and never do - worst I have ever dealth with. Unfriendly, try to make you feel guilty for asking to fix a roof that leaks water all over. They make esthetic fixes to give the impression that it is nice, but what is underneath is a structure that has serious damage.
