Apartment Review
Not Too Bad!!!!

This complex isn't that bad. The price is reasonable. The grounds are kept up and the maintanence guys are good. If you need maintenance, they are usually there the same day. They have a couple of pools and laundry rooms in the complex and both stay open 24 hours. The pools are kept up about 2 to 3 times a week which is good. They have AC in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the dining area which keeps it cool. The grounds look alright as well. As for as some of the negatives: It gets noisy sometimes. Loud surround sound systems coming from people apartments, early morning pool visits by kids and grown up that think they are kids and worst of all is the loud cars that come thru the parking area on a daily basis. Usually rice rockets that have loud engines and set off peoples alarms. That is probably the most irritating thing about living in this complex. The parking is alright. You get one assigned covered spot and then you can park in any uncovered spot. Problem is that this is a big complex so if you have 2 vehicles and you don't have a second spot by like 6pm, on the street you go. Since the complex isn't gated, sometimes outsiders will visit people and park in your spot or block you in by parking behind you. Usually you can get them towed but the complex has been thru 3 tow companies in 6 months so good luck with that now too. Security is non existent. You better be your own security but I haven't had any problems with crime personally over there. A friend of mine parked on the street and his car was broken into. You always see car glass broken on the street so if you park in the lot, you should be ok. The only other thing I don't like is that there is no patio's or balconys in these units. Overall, it isn't that bad living in the complex. I lived in better and I have lived in worse. So it all depends on what you can take and what you can't. Just check things out before you move in.
