Apartment Review for Cambridge Park Apartments - San Diego, CA

Parking stinks everywhere, but there are zero guest spots here. Karen is the only person in the office who has worked here for any length of time and has any personality, she's great. Maintenance has a high turn, but they seem to be much better now. They always fix things and are relatively timely in doing so, based on the need and how busy they are. I am very lucky to live in a quiet building with great neighbors, but the complex community seems to be going down hill. I have a dog, but tons of dogs barking recently and owners not picking up their fecal matter. More families have moved in as well, so kids are skating in the parking lot and screaming at the pool. I have lived here for three years and in the last year there have been several crimes, including a murder. Seeing as the rent is much higher than others in Tierrasanta and Mission Valley, I would suggest going elsewhere if you want peace and quiet.
