Apartment Review for Cambridge Park Apartments - San Diego, CA

There is no parking. And the office don't want to hear about your problems. The price is to high for no more then you get. They charge an arm and a leg for pet deposit. Then charge a monthly per pet, pet fee. Example I paid $600 deposit for two cats. And I pay $50 extra a month for my two cats. They assigned me a garage and expect me to park in it, however it is on the other side of the complex. They tell me that when one comes open I can move to one closer to where I live. Who wants to move anything twice. They gave me a car port that I can not even get out my driver side door after I park in it. And to get out I have to pull in and out at least three times. And they (the office) don't care and don't want to hear about it. They are very unhelpful. But friendly as long as you don't need services. I have had an order in for matience since the beginning of the month, he came in and got called away by the office, and has never returned to fix my problem. I had matience install a fan when I first moved in and it was brand new, however now it does not work properly, and they told me that they would come back and fix it. It has been 4 months and they still haven't fixed it. They are very kid unfriendly, there is nothing for kids to do, no play ground, and if caught out they are told to go home. They are not allowed to ride bikes, scooters, skate boards, etc. My review, look some where else. This place is awful. If it weren;t for the year lease I would be gone. There is no lighting and have never seen security in area. However I have never heard of anything happening in complex. They never changed the carpet after the last tenants, all the stains came through after about three days in apartment. I gave them a long list of things wrong when I moved in, however they never took care of any of the things.
