Just last year (2009) all their GOOD administrative staff and every single one of their maintenance crew quit one after another with the last of their good administrative staff quitting in January this year. That in itself says a lot about BRE Properties. Current management team blatantly violates California tenancy laws. This must be part of the philosophy of BRE Properties as the regional and cooperate office management staff are the same. Look out for the staff member in Cambridge Park who gets jealous and envious of successful tenants and will find ways to express that jealousy. Do not give them your email address or sign into “Be Connected” website as maintenance will harass you with spam emails of false work orders long after you have moved out of the property.
