I would never ever recommend this place. The manager Holly is the most unprofessional person i have ever met. not to mention a bitch. they will bend you over for all you got. if you don't like maintenance to EVER respond to anything on time then this is the place for you, otherwise steer clear. I HATE you Carmel Summit. Burn baby burn.  Need to rent an apartment?
