Apartment Review for Carroll Apartments - San Diego, CA

Everything seemed fine when i first moved in, until the roach infestation. The neighbors below us were dirty and therefore we payed the price. After a few months of tolerating this my husband and i moved out, now the landlords are demanding money from us because we "broke our lease". Although we let them know twice that we were moving out. Now we are in our new home and they sent us a bill for $739.00 saying we owe them till january 21st. Honestly I wouldn't live here ever again, especially since we just got back from Iraq and had to deal with this disgusting apartment.
