Apartment Review for Casa De Alvarado - San Diego, CA

There's easy trolley access to SDSU. HOA makes sure the complex doesn't turn into a frat house and lots of students live here. There are 3 laundry facilities and there are plenty of machines. Some owners live here and that keeps the complex well balanced. The 3 bedrooms have 2.5 baths so it does not get any better than that. It's a great place for anyone. Tip: don't park in someone else's spot because the residents will tow your car. The street parking can be a problem sometimes. On 3 bedrooms you should have 2 private parking spaces. If you respect the rules, the staff treats you well because they want you to stay. They're friendly and do their job with pride.
