Apartment Review for Casa De Alvarado - San Diego, CA

This complex has both townhomes and apartments. We live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath and we have so much space. The living room is big and the rooms are big too--especially the master bedroom which has a walk in closet. Our rent is the best around SDSU. Granted some of the units in here are nicer then others, but just do a good walk through and check the place out before you rent it. Our place is older, but the carpets are pretty clean and everything works. PArking does kind of suck since you usually just get one spot. And Eric is our landlord (in response to the other guy's review) and sometimes he lags, but he always takes care of everything for us.
