Richard the security guard is very nice. He follows the rules when college studnts won't. Management keeps a nice complex where everyone gets along and makes it a nice place to live when I attended SDSU. To bad some can't follow the rules and want to keep the party going from SDSU to Alvarado.  Need to rent an apartment?
