*Change terms of lease in mid-lease. *Give you a parking spot free, change mind and charge you for it. *Monthly intrusions for repeatedly "checking the windows", checking the paint, checking the fire detectors, checking the..._____fill in the blank. *Can't grill or smoke anywhere on grounds including your own apartment. *NO SURFBOARDS ALOUD ANYWHERE ON GROUNDS. They prohibited bikes mid-lease and had people park them outside, they all gotten stolen or broken. I think they took this prohibition off now. If you have no hobbies and wouldn't mind a caveat in your lease that says "landlord can change terms at any time" and really mean it, then you should live here.
