We just recently moved to Pacific Beach and felt very fortunate to find this little corner of the area. We are close to Crown Pointe and the bay view is fantastic. The complex is extremely quiet compared to other places in town where my friends are living. Great neighbors, very respectful. The laundry room is cleaned every day, our apartment gets a lot of light and is quite large for a studio. We have a walk in closet, lots of kitchen cabinet space and the rent is less than most of the area! Great choice!  Need to rent an apartment?
