Apartment Review for Chateau Vue - San Diego, CA

The complex is old, but fairly clean. They are somewhat timely as far as responding to fix-it requests. The parking is on the street and is fairly dangerous. Cars speed by on this road all day long and I have heard many stories about parked cars being hit. The pool is small, there is no spa. The laundry room only has 2 washers and 2 dryers-- both cost 1.25 which is the most expensive I have ever seen. The inside of the apartment is O.K. The kitchen is very old and the stovetop as well as the outside of the oven get VERY hot when I cook. The stairs are really strangely laid out and are awkward for moving. The lighting is bad and the drain pipes are SO loud. I can also hear every word that my neighbors say. The only thing I do LOVE about this complex is it's location. It is right around the corner from the 5 freeway and I can see the bay from my window. Beautiful views. Rent is decent.
