Apartment Review for College View Apartments, Llc - San Diego, CA

I think this place is the greatest. It's quiet with plenty of space and close to everything. The Managers very nice and courteous and answers questions with out hesitation. I feel very safe because I always see the Resident Manager walking the property at various times at dark and is usually always home. They have reserved parking and never have trouble with maintenance. I put in a work order and it never takes more than a week if that long to get it fixed. Most times it is done the next day. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I have never seen and bug in my apartment or rodents running around outside like other complexes. They are fixing up and making improvements without disturbing us tenant with a lot of noise. You should really check it out if your the type that likes peace and quiet and the feeling of a safe relaxing environment.
