i lived there for about a year and everything was pretty okay. the worst part was that when i moved in the carpet had a funky smell and they never did anything to fix that. residents have their own parking spot but just one, and visitor parking really sucks. the best part was the overall state of repair except for the carpet.  Need to rent an apartment?
