Apartment Review for Cortez Hill - San Diego, CA

I also live here and have been here for three years. I love it here! The pets? Not a problem, even though yes you do have large, small and anything in between. I think it's the owners that are some times the problem, they don't take care of them but for the most part, they are responsible for their pets. Now managment, there has been turnarounds recently, but now that there is an onsite manager everything seems to be in place! I like living here, I have all the convenience of downtown without having to pay top dollar and I'm not in the middle of all the action and the bumbs! It's quiet, parking through the city is cheap and ALL my neighbors are great! For the price, I would rent here all over again!
