Apartment Review for Costa Verde - San Diego, CA

this complex is great if you are a single student with a lot of money. otherwise forget it. the parking lot has so many unused spaces, because the management decided they want to cash in on people wanting to have more than 2 cars. when there was no parking problems before. and tons of spaces. the parking lot is a virtual buffet for thieves, with no cameras or security around. most of the people i know in the complex have had their car broken into atleast once. it seems the management could care less about anything, except getting more money from you. choose another location!!
