Apartment Review for Emerald St. Apts - San Diego, CA

The apartment complex is quiet, clean and affordable, but all of this is undone by the overbearing nazi-like managers. They yell at tenants for the littlest things...like walking too loudly in high-heels. Great place for the over 55 crowd but not such a great place for college students or young professionals...unless you enjoy miss being reprimandedas a child for stupid things like having the yellowpages on the walkway in front of your apartment or more than two guests in your apartment at one time. One time I wasn't even home (nor did i have a stereo plugged in) and yet I was accussed of playing my stereo
