I've lived in Fiesta Apartments for 3 years as a single girl in her 20's. This place is so nice and quiet, the managers are great, and the units are professionally cleaned and well maintained upon move in. The pool is nice and the landscaping is kept neat. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice calm apartment complex. Not to mention, within walking distance to the Balboa Plaza with Target, grocery, clothing, etc and Henry's across the way.
