Apartment Review for First Light Property Managment - San Diego, CA

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance like majority of the tenants were. This place is by far the worest place i've ever lived. Parking is awful! Everyone has one assigned spot, and don't think you're lucky by getting one in the garage. There are constant break ins here. One of the tenants had their car broken into twice. People chained their bikes to the under ground garage gate but the chains were cut and the bikes were stolen. The Security is a joke. Numerous apartments have had mutiple break in attempts. This place is so noisy! If you don't mind paper thin walls, arguing neighbors, and blaring tv's this place is right for you. The staff here is incompetant. No one knows what is going on and the drag their feet whenever their are issuse with the units. Multiple units leak when it rains and most have not been fixed. Things may look great on the outside but stay far away!
