The mangement is rude and the building is becoming

The building used to be well managed and maintained. With the new management under Nina Yanchulovas rain of tirany and elder abuse the building is becoming dirty and infested. With employees who no one can communicate with.The management is rude and ineffective and the residents are afraid of Nina because she yells and is rude to them.  Need to rent an apartment?
