Okay, where do I start first of all the management lives on the premises and has no control management of the place. Drug dealers, gang bangers and users just do their activity just like it's the normal thing to do. The police basically lives here, management is such a slum lord the apartments are a mix of the movie (Colors and New Jack City but 10 times worse)  Need to rent an apartment?
