Apartment Review for Hill Top Condominuem - San Diego, CA

the appartment is a throw back to the late 70's the appliences are the orignal as well as the floor coverings. we have lived here 4 years and have improved it by painting and adding large rugs have put new window coverings and updated the lighting fixtures. must use fans always, unable to maintain air flow, appartment is always warm have never needed to use heat can be unbareable in the summer air conditioning is needed. rent was cheap and our land lord was nice he has decided to sell, will probably be sold as a rental. parking is a fight neighbors have more then on car and attempt to take advantage we had to have one towed recently 1 parking spot to each of 11 condos when you exit the parking lot you must head north to mission vally. but it was cheap.
