Admittedly, the trash situation is a problem- but I think it's more the people who live here than the management. Everyone knows the rules, but not everyone wants to follow them. I've seen some envelopes on peoples' doors lately that say "trash violation" on them, so management's at least responding. Other than that, I don't really have anything bad to say about this place. Keep up the good work.  Need to rent an apartment?
