Apartment Review for La Cima At La Jolla Colony - San Diego, CA

I am a resident in La Cima Apartment Complex.

The reason why I write this is that I lost my stuffs which were in box in the patio on July 28, 2005. It happened during the construction after breaking of patio.

First of all, the constructors from The Brock Company (LIC#759532) break the patio to remodel the apartment to condominium and then they removed my stuffs, such as boxes and kids bikes etc. without any asking. At that time, I asked several time to return my stuffs in my patio after construction. However, they did not return my stuffs after they finished. Unfortunately, I lost my stuffs between 4:00pm and 10:00pm on July 28, 2005.

I informed this issue to an agent in leasing office and she introduced to me a Superintendent, Anthony Enos from The Brock Company. However, Anthony asked that he need time to know what happen from his colleagues and finally, he said he does not any responsibility about this issue and can not pay anything about my lost stuffs.

With this problem, I informed several times the issues to the La Cima Leasing Office but I could not hear anything yet. I'm really upset and tired about this. I think I have already suffered with many things, such as noise and dust etc, because of construction. We couldn't stay at home after 8 o'clock in the morning because of very big noise even when my daughter was sick. And also we couldn't open window because of dust. They don't have any concern about residents any more. They shift their responsibility on each other.
