Apartment Review for La Jolla Crossroads - San Diego, CA

My wife have lived here for about two months now. I have read many of the reviews for this place and have come to the conclusion that either A. college kids like to talk Cr@p. B. People are bitter. The parking has not been a problem, except for the few people who cannot park between two white lines. Noise is not bad at all for an apartment, our neighbor is BIG fan of Guitar Hero and you can hear it clearly in the Hallways, but once inside I can only hear a faint mumble with the tv off. We are on the top floor so no noise from upstairs but I can assume our neighbor below us hates us, I can tell the slightest stomp is going to be loud for them. Hallways and garages are clean. Only a few times trash is around is due to idiot renters who are too lazy to crush their boxes for recycling. Most of the neighbors are polite, although they all wear way too much cologne and perfume. I think my only complaint would be of the people who live here think they are the shiz because they live in La Jolla/ University City, calm down kids your not that cool, stop trying. Overall I would recommend this place, I can't say anything bad at the moment.
