tired of leasing office excuses and poor managemen
Review Date: 5/12/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous
Me and my friends have been living at the la Jolla crossroads for 2 years and at first it seemed like a great place to live but over time the management has shown there true colors. It says in your lease that maintnance and landcapes will be kept clean and yet I myself and many others have complained about this and yet for months nothing has been done planting beds were plants are have not been cleaned palm trees have dead branches hanging all around and have not been trimmed or taken care of. they only clean the out side views so the apartment complex looks inviting and yet never clean or maintain the landscapes in teh court yards . and when you tell them about it they just say it is not there problem but that it is Summit securities problem and you need to file a work order out. last time I checked it is the leasing office who should be taking care of this. also they tell you it is nice a quite in the units yet every friday and sat night all you hear is rude college students yelling and partying like this is a frat dorm and nothing is done about it. i do not mind the rent prices but the leasing office needs to have a switch of leasing agents and new representation cause the way that office handles things is rude and disgusting, also when you try and call corporate about complaints the leasing off just gives you a automated answering machine and then they call you back later so who is really in charge ???? |
