Apartment Review for La Jolla Crossroads - San Diego, CA

The leasing office staff think any resident who complains is a whinger.Take it from me I used to be a leasing consultant there.Car thefts,car ,break-ins,murders,criminals hiding out there,diseased swimming pools,elevators always broken,security doors left unlocked,bugs,mice,ants in plague proportions,constant noise from jets at Miramar,traffic noise from adjacent major freeway.The leasing staff won't mention any of these negatives when you front up to lease an apartment.Of course when your lease is up for renewal and you are complaining about all the problems so your rent won't go through the roof,they'll tell you that you knew what you were getting into.Some of the leasing consultants and managers even live there and get a big discount.Some even have pets though the complex has a no pet policy.Of course the owner Zygi Wilf ,some big shot who owns the Minnesota Vikings couldn't give a rats.He owns most of the apartment complexes that are in a few miles radius of La Jolla Crossroads and virtually dictates market price adjustments.Pity the little guy.
