The property has serious security and construction issues which the owner ignores. Once they up sell you your apartment lease they give zero help or support services. Also all the old amenities they shuttered for the residents including parties, movies, computer hard and software. For Xmas they don't even through the residents a bone while they dine at a Chop House. Bah hum bug!  Need to rent an apartment?
