Apartment Review for La Jolla Crossroads - San Diego, CA

I stayed in LaJolla crossroads for about a year. They recently changed the billing method for water utilization which got effective from Jan. This method divides the overall community bill by the number of occupants in an apartment. My average bill for last 10 months had been around 30 to 35$ and suddenly it rose up to 80$. When I enquired about it to leasing office they said talk to Ista (water and sewer facility provider) when I spoke to ISTA customer service they said talk to your leasing office. This gets even worst when one day in the community jacuzzi I bump into few students from UCSD, they said they are 4 guys living in a 2 bedroom apartment but while signing the leasing they registered just 2 members instead of all 4. The property manager is very rude and one of the worst person I ever spoke to. THIS IS ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE FOR A FAMILY PERSON.
