I think these other reviews are a little unrealisitc. It is one of the cheapest places to live at in La Jolla. Nope, it's not the Ritz Carlton, but overall I think it's great. My apt was super clear when I moved in. The staff has been top notch and the one maintenance problem I had (light bulb went out) was resolved within an hour. I really think it is awesome overall. I guess parking is a little tight but....ummm... have you seen any other place in San Diego with perfect parking?  Need to rent an apartment?
