This place needs a lot of help. The parking garages are broken into regularly. Parking is bad if you have 2 cars. Some apartments have mold problems. You can literally hear your neighbors sneeze. Thin walls and noise problems are common. They need remodelling and not just so-so newer appliances.  Need to rent an apartment?
