Apartment Review for Las Flores Apartments - San Diego, CA

The walls/ceilings/floors in this place are paper thin. I had to start wearing earplugs to bed due to the fact that I could hear conversation and snoring from my neighbor next to me and below me. Staff is extremely friendly. Maintainence not so good about fixing things in a timely manner or in a conventional way. Basically alot of things are jerry rigged in the apartment. Courtyards smell like dog urine and when the suncomes out it smells of roasting dog poo. Pet owners do not clean up after their pets! Many of the amenities this place claims to have aren't even available. Definately not worth the price!!
