Apartment Review for Legacy Apartment Homes - San Diego, CA

i put a deposit down for a home in legacy and canceled 72 hours prior which should garanty me my money back. well, they told me they were going to call me back and didnt. i kept calling and they wouldnt answer their phone so the next day when they called me back they said they would put in the cancelation. but, now it was too late to get my money back. under any circumstances the request to cancel wasnt put in till 72 hours were up. The reason i decided to cancel was because i was doing my own research as to how much the ISTA the water company legacy uses really charges for their service. after reading the reviews here i did my own research. i snuck in to legacy and asked tenants how much they pay. one person told me she pays almost 100 a month and that she couldnt wait for her lease to be up. that is why i changed my mind but they still cheated me out of my deposit. legacy is nothing but cheating liars.
