Apartment Review for Loma Villa Apartments - San Diego, CA

the place itself is not bad, but the manager is pretty bad. my wife and i use to have friends come over and the manger would always bitch at us, but they would have these super loud parties and no one could tell them anything. we moved we couldn't stand it anymore. To live in that complex you have to kiss ass to the manager and live under their made up b/s rules. Screw that place, find somewhere else!
