Apartment Review for Milazzo - San Diego, CA

The management at this property is not concerned about your comfort AT ALL! At these prices they should at least fix the items you noted before you moved in. Not only did they not fix standard issues, such as the garbage disposal, they will attempt to fine you for anything they can and blame you for anything that falls apart (all "amenities" are quite aged and are often already falling apart. this will not be fixed, even when requested).

They will promise many things when there are potential leasers around but they will not fill any of them. They will "place a work order" and that work order will forever sit in a filing cabinet.

Furthermore. any packages that you may receive that are delivered to the main office will sit there unless you know one is coming and you go and ask them for it...they won't notify you about anything except rent and utilities. Which, by the way, you split electric and some other bill for common areas too! That is on top or your standard electric and gas bill!!!

The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything! Hopefully you don't make any noise either because the neighbors might hear and file a complaint...with which management can use to fine you.

Honestly, this place is ridiculous! If I could move out and not get charged over $2500 I would do it in a second!
